Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "c baazi", "platform", "we", or "site" refers to the c-baazi.cam website and its related services. "User", "player", or "you" refers to the person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

c baazi operates an online gaming and sports betting platform for players in Bangladesh. These terms serve as a legal agreement between you and c baazi. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

The following key terms carry the same meaning throughout this document:

• Account: The personal gaming account created after registering with c baazi.
• Balance: Real money and bonus funds held in the account.

Account Registration

To create an account with c baazi, the user must provide accurate and complete information. The name, date of birth, mobile number, and address given at registration must be genuine and verifiable.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity document is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and any accumulated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details completely confidential. c baazi will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Allowing anyone else to use your account, or logging into someone else's account, is prohibited.

2.3 Restricted Regions

Accounts may not be created or used from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law. If c baazi detects an attempt to operate an account from a restricted region, it reserves the right to close that account immediately.

Age Verification and Identity

All c baazi services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. At the time of registration, the user must confirm that they are at least 21 years old. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 to create or use a c baazi account.

3.1 KYC Verification Process

c baazi may request KYC verification at any time before a deposit, withdrawal, or bonus claim. In that case, the user may be required to submit any of the following documents:

• A clear photo of a National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (e.g. a screenshot of the mobile banking account)

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. c baazi may request additional documents during the verification process if needed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

c baazi handles financial transactions through widely used mobile banking and banking services in Bangladesh. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.1 Deposit Limits and Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (by any method)
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name
• Deposits via third-party payments or credit are not accepted
• c baazi reserves the right to investigate any transaction identified as suspicious

4.2 Withdrawal Limits and Process

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed

Bonuses and Promotions

c baazi offers various bonuses for new and regular players. All bonuses are granted subject to specific conditions and no bonus is considered "free cash".

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, wagering of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Bonuses may only be used in your own account and on games designated by c baazi
• Transferring or passing bonus funds to anyone else is prohibited
• When a bonus offer expires, it will automatically be considered void
• c baazi reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time
• If misuse of the bonus system is proven (bonus hunting, arbitrage), the account may be closed

5.3 VIP Cashback

The c baazi VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% cashback per week), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Cashback is paid at the applicable rate on weekly net losses. Example: if a Gold tier member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, cashback = ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220.

Gaming and Betting Rules

All games and sports betting conducted on c baazi are fully governed by this section. Rules displayed directly on the platform supplement this section, and in the event of a conflict, the displayed rules will take precedence.

6.1 Betting Decisions and Outcomes

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. c baazi reserves the right to make decisions in the event of a technical error in a game or match. If the outcome of a game is clearly proven to be incorrect (e.g. due to a software error), c baazi may void or correct the bet.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using any automated software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability to influence game outcomes
• Placing bets in collusion with other players
• Using the platform for money laundering or financial fraud

6.3 Game-Related Issues

If a network connection is lost or a device shuts down during a game, the data stored on c baazi's servers will be considered final. The casino is not responsible for such situations. However, if a player suffers a loss due to a technical error, please contact 24/7 live chat for assistance.

Account Suspension and Closure

c baazi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Registering with false information or attempting to avoid verification
• Operating multiple accounts
• Misuse of the bonus system
• Fraudulent financial transactions or suspicious activity
• An order from a court or regulatory authority

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A player who wishes to close their account may request this via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw any remaining real funds will be provided (bonus balance will be cancelled if wagering has not been completed).

• If access is unavailable due to an unexpected technical error or system maintenance
• Any financial loss arising from a player's gaming activity

c baazi always strives to ensure uninterrupted service on its platform. However, temporary downtime may be necessary during maintenance or upgrades. Advance notice will be given in such situations wherever possible.

Privacy and Data Protection

Dispute Resolution

c baazi's decision on game results or technical matters is final. All records are verified based on data stored on c baazi's servers. In case of a conflict between server logs and a user's screenshot, the server logs will take precedence.

Changes to Terms

c baazi reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms and conditions at any time. If there are significant changes, registered users will be notified in advance by email or through a notice on the site.

Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you may close your account at any time and withdraw any remaining real-money balance.

Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and other published guidelines from c baazi together form the entire agreement between the user and c baazi. Any verbal commitments or prior discussions beyond this are not part of the agreement.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms becomes inapplicable or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

12.3 Assignment of Rights

The user may not transfer any of their rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party without the prior written consent of c baazi.
